Job Title: Experienced Hires Recruiter

**What would I be doing day to day?**
Key duties:
- Ensure consistency in standards and quality across Europe, and defining the required skill set for the open positions within the individual Practice Group
- Producing contract and offer letter documents for the company using specific formatting styles and obtain references
- Coordinating and assisting with the new hire process and on-boarding
- Working with the HR team to ensure starter documents are completed.
- Maintaining and updating the required databases and recruitment IT system
**What is the company looking for?**
- 4-6 years of experience wither working internally as a recruiter or for a head-hunter
- Some experiences within professional services or management consultancy is preferred
- Experience with direct sourcing, and success with creating diverse pipelines
- Ability to use Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong skills in MS Office
- Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required.
