quality? If so you may want to become a **QRS/Retail Auditor **and join our SAI’s Assurance business on a zero hours basis, to cover **Berkshire, Essex area.
**ABOUT COMPANY**

**SAI Global Assurance **, part of Intertek, utilises its globally recognised brand to mitigate risks across organisations’ processes, operations and supply chains. It provides Assurance services, including management systems certification and second party audits across a wide variety of end-markets. In addition to management systems certifications, SAI Global Assurance has a particularly strong position in the Food, Agriculture and QSR end-markets, as well as a good presence in environmental & sustainability audits.

**ABOUT YOU**

We want to speak with you if you have:

- Experience of working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment alongside experience of being audited, or conducting audits, would be highly desirable
- Ideally, have previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety, however, full training can be provided by our experienced team
- Level 2, 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageous
- Level 2, 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification is advantageous
- Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant/Food environment
- Mathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent, are essential

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Joining SAI’s Assurance business, we are looking for **QRS/Retail Auditor **to audit a variety of Food

and Restaurant clients, including Fast Food chains, High Street Restaurants, and Commercial Food

Venues on a **zero-hours contract **.

As an Auditor, you will responsible for auditing some of the most well-known names on the UK high

street against the appropriate food safety, hygiene, and inter-company standards. This is an

important role in the fight to ensure food safety throughout the UK. In order to be successful in this

Additionally, due to the nature of the role (which will be on a flexible contract), access to own

transport is essential and the role will involve both weekend and evening work.
