We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our Engage Training team

As the initial point of contact for all queries, you should possess excellent customer service skills to handle personal and telephone enquiries. Additionally, you will assist with the Meet & Greet service for training courses, which may require travel to other campuses. You will also be responsible for administering all matters related to enquiries for part-time training courses, including facilitating bookings, quotations, purchase orders, EBS resource bookings, and financial recording of payments.

You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 'C' or above or equivalent and must include English and Mathematics. With excellent organisational and IT skills, you will have the ability and confidence to work with administration systems.
