You must be passionate and have the right temperament for customer service. Main duties will mainly be:

- Make our customers feel valued and welcome.

*Taking orders face to face over the counter And telephone.
- You must be able to deal with customer complaints and queries.
- You must ensure smooth operations at the front counter.
- Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner is A MUST.

*Ensure your station is clean and sanitized at all times.
- Ensure that our stores look presentable and vibrant.
- This is a hands on role so you must be approachable and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Must have Eye for detail and eagerness for perfection.
- You must be able to work independently and in a fast paced working environment.
- Previous experience is preferred in customer service and complaint handling.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £8.00-£9.60 per hour
