Workforce Planning Administrator

London, United Kingdom Principle Full time

**Overview**:
My client is a leading software giant that has experienced exponential growth and made multiple acquisitions during the Pandemic. As a result of this growth, they are now recruiting a Workforce Planning Administrator. This role is vital, and you will beworking side by side with the Resource Management and Deal Assurance teams.

Day to Day, you will be raising pipeline resource requests for new headcount, managing purchase orders, vendor management & reporting internally to stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be partnering with the Deal Assurance Team to develop a mid to long-term view of pipeline demand for employee professional services, and time is of the essence so you will need to ensure that resource requests are raised in a timely fashion.
- You will generate and raise purchase orders and ongoing oversight to ensure existing POs are still valid to supply to the vendors for invoicing.
- You are a vitally integral part of the bigger jigsaw and you will be responsible for onboarding & offboarding of vendors -eg system access and carrying out regular compliance checks to make sure that they are delivering on what they agreed to in their contracts.
- You will be producing weekly reports on various topics related to RMO operation, using your judgment as to what to highlight and this will be shared with internal stakeholders.
- There will be some ad hoc admin duties around this position outside of your day-to-day Employee Resource Planning, and it's very much an all-hands-on-deck approach to work with this organization, so if needed, you will be encouraged to help out with additionalthings where possible.

Essential Skills:

- Able to balance cyclical work with ad hoc, short-notice demands - needs a 'can-do’ attitude.
- Able to work without direct supervision - must be a self-starter.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong in Microsoft Excel (eg Pivots, vLookup).
- Previous Vendor Management / Resource Management or Workforce Planning Administration experience.
- Experience with Employee Resource Planning (ERP) software, ideally FinancialForcePSA.
