We are looking for a Project Delivery Executive to join our Construction Team, based at our Dartford office, for a fixed term period of 12 months.

The role of the Project Delivery Executive will be to provide full support to the Construction Manager to ensure that construction activity is carried out to a consistently high level and in line with the Company Construction Build Process (CCBP), H&S standardsas well as legislative requirements such as CDM and NRSWA.

**What you'll be doing**

You'll liaise with, and support, the Delivery Administrator to ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed to support the installation and development of relevant sites is processed in a timely manner. This varied role will include project support, helpingin ad hoc initiatives such as supporting on tenders as and when required..

Project Support
- To participate in ad hoc local, regional or national initiatives including but not limited to tender support, as and when required by the Construction Manager.

Teamwork
- To liaise and support the Delivery Administrator to ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed to enable the building and development of relevant sites is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- To liaise with the Delivery Administrator to ensure that D365/ OASIS internal systems are updated with accurate and timely data including the uploading of Build Packs and the relevant ‘as-built' H&S File information
- Maintain and build positive working relationships with all team members, participate in team sessions and ensure consistent contribution to the delivery of team and business goals
- To ensure that all Company procedures and standards in accordance with the CCBP are adhered to, with regard to the development, construction and removal of all structures and products
- Be accountable for the day to day delivery of the Construction Plan within their specified area of responsibility ensuring that agreed standards and timescales are met
- To conduct regular site visits in line with Company requirements with respect to any construction activities
- Coordinate construction activity within their area and ensure through efficient planning and organisation of stock that all stock or materials requirements are delivered in line with the agreed programme
- Enter and progress on _D365_ all work orders and any other relevant information
- Take an active role in delivering Clear Channel Choice revenue targets
- Contractor Management
- carrying out of audits including safety inspections
- Stock Management - carrying out monthly audits
- To ensure all activity is covered by a relevant RAMS and that necessary H&S documentation is in place
- Conduct technical surveys
- Sign off of CCOB form and handover to local Operations team
- Ability to be flexible with hours and travel, to work in line with all construction activities with the Southern area of the UK

Customer Experience
- Maintain excellent customer relationships with local highways and other external contracts ensuring high standards are maintained and delivered in line with agreed requirements
- To ensure that all external communications are to the required Clear Channel standards as directed by the Construction Manager
- Ability to deal efficiently with all internal/external queries/complaints in line with agreed Company standards and escalating to Line Manager when relevant

**Who are you?**
- Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally, written and oral communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Project Management experience is advantageous
- High standard of numeracy
- NRSWA trained to relevant level (training can be provided)
- Proficiency in IT skills including Word and Excel
- On-site experience and skills required to survey and assess sites for commercial and technical viability
- Knowledge and compliance with all aspects of H&S
