Fortress Maintenance require Multi Traders to assist with a specific range of residential upgrade works for a housing provider across Cambridge and surrounding areas.

We work to reduce the possibility of damp and mould build up in properties by increasing air flow and improving insulation.

We’re looking for individuals for immediate starts who are either looking for full time work for the coming weeks/months, or for odd days here and there.

The scope of works includes:

- Installing trickle vents to window frames
- Install louvre vents to cupboard doors
- Topping up loft insulation
- Installing rafter rolls to loft space
- Lagging pipes
- Re-sealing windows, doors, sink, bath etc.
- Replacing damaged tiles
- Re-grouting
- Treating areas affected by mould with spray
- Painting affected areas
- Making good following electrical upgrades of extractor fans
- Boxing in
- Any other works associated with our contract

All work is based on price per property, competitive rates are on offer.
