**Recruitment Assistant (Part time)**

We are currently hiring for an enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to work with us in our Brighton Studio.

**Recruitment responsibilities**:

- With the HR Manager, occasionally attend university careers fairs to promote West Pier to the graduate market
- Assist the HR Manager to develop recruitment strategies for West Pier employer branding, and talent pooling
- Use social media for effective recruitment advertising (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
- Assisting to ensure all relevant right to work checks are completed and documented whilst supporting necessary applicants through the sponsor licence process
