Chelmsford, United Kingdom Act property maintenance Full time

Please note this is on a **self employed** basis We are not employing.

We are looking for someone with 3 - 5 Years experience in the property maintenance and building industry, who can work in a team and sometimes by themselves, with a high quality finish to their jobs and positive feedback from our customers.

You will be asked to do a variation of jobs depending on your skill set, our work load is repairing peoples properties following fire or flood damage and other general repairs and refurbs in-between.

We are not looking for a manger or supervisor, we are looking for a hands on worker to help out all the team.

We do not supply you with tools.

Preferably someone that drives. - We do not supply a vehicle.

Wages ranges depending on experience.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chelmsford, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
