**Overview**
The Resource Officer will identify, set up and manage effective and robust HR processes and systems to suit the needs of the organisation whilst maintaining ones currently in place as relevant. You will provide comprehensive day-to-day HR functions to the organisation in accordance with NWC’s policies and procedures. You will manage the full employee lifecycle including learning and development.

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate HR activities to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to promote a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making to Finance Officer and Head of Finance.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management regarding resource allocation and workforce planning.
- Maintain accurate records ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Assist in training programmes aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance.

**Skills**
- Experience of identifying, developing and tailoring IT based HR support systems
- A good working knowledge of how to work in a way that is compliant with the Data Protection Act, GDPR and other legislation,
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Awareness of equality and diversity, particularly women’s issues and vulnerable adults
- Ability to carry out recruitment and induction administration
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely to various audiences.

This role requires a proactive individual who is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture while effectively managing human resources functions.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £26,932.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
