Duties in this Accounts Receivable Co-ordinator position includes supporting the collection of debt recovery, managing payment plans to ensure monies are collected on a timely basis, managing optional event sales, overseeing the day to day running of thedepartment during the debt recovery process, conducting investigations into debtor’s financial standing, and providing regular and ad-hoc reporting and financial information. Additionally, this Accounts Receivable Co-ordinator will be responsible for reviewingcalculations and options for potential re-sales, upgrades, and terminations, preparing resale transactions, organising weekly payment runs, ensuring there are sufficient processes in place to maintain data integrity, providing other administrative supportas required, and maintaining and developing key internal and external relationships.
