We are a family-run Australian business that operates food and beverage outlets at airports, creating exceptional experiences for all our customers. Our newest site, at Luton Airport, is currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join us in our exciting new venture.

Our new site will have a lively atmosphere with a family friendly approach. People are at the heart of what we do, and our staff are central to the success of our restaurants.

You will be a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic team player, passionate about food and beverages and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer dining experience.

You will be required to work shifts, so a flexible approach is essential along with a can-do attitude. Shifts may include an early morning start (e.g 2 am) or a late finish (e.g 11.30 pm).

**The role**:
To ensure that our consistently high level of service is enjoyed by our customers at all times and in line with our policies and procedures. To deliver an outstanding restaurant bar experience and to work effectively with the back of house team to provide first class service with particular attention to hospitality and the promotion of sales.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications - desirable but not essential**
- Trained barista.

**Relevant experience**
- Previous bar experience - including as a barista
- Familiar with health and safety/food standard requirements
- Familiar with an airport-based hospitality setting
- Proven ability to generate sales in a hospitality setting.

**Knowledge, skills and abilities**
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow a process and maintain high levels of service delivery under pressure
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Demonstrable knowledge of food and beverages
- Well-developed customer service skills
- Ability to effectively handle customer complaints.
