Are you ready to be the welcoming face of a prestigious salon in the heart of Covent Garden? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a full time head host. Flexibility is key, as shifts vary between 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and late shifts from 11:30 am - 8:30 pm.

As a Host, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless appointment management and providing exceptional guest service. Comprehensive training and support with our in-house salon system, Zenoti, will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet and assist guests, maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
- Efficiently schedule appointments using Zenoti.
- Handle calls professionally, following a prescribed script.
- Collaborate with the Front of House Team for a cohesive environment.
- Maintain a tidy reception desk and uphold appearance and professionalism standards.

**Expectations for All Team Members**:

- Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled shift.
- Communicate with the Salon Manager if unable to attend work.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and exhibit a positive attitude.
- Present a polished appearance daily.
- Uphold professionalism and contribute as a cohesive team member.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols.

Pay: £24,000.00-£24,500.00 per year
