**As a Cover Supervisor specializing in Art, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- ** Delivering Pre-Planned Lessons**: Supervise and deliver Art lessons, ensuring students stay on task and engaged with the material.
- ** Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive learning environment by managing student behavior and addressing any issues that arise.
- ** Support Learning**: Assist students with their understanding of Art concepts and provide additional support where necessary.
- ** Administration**: Complete any required administrative tasks, such as taking attendance and providing feedback to the regular teacher.

**Requirements**:

- **Subject Specialization**: A strong background in Art.
- ** Experience**: Previous experience working in a school environment is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
- ** Qualifications**: A degree in Art or a related field is desirable.
- ** Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong classroom management abilities, and a passion for education.
- ** Commitment**: Must be willing to commute an hour to Kennington.
