**Principal User Researcher - London/Leeds/Manchester - £100,000 + Benefits**

Whilst User Research roles kick-start the project by taking requirements, this role kick starts so much more

A giant in the world of IT consultancies is building out one of the most exciting teams possible to tackle the world of Public Sector projects, after a fantastic contribution within private - dominating the field not just with an incredible portfolio ofprojects, but a name/reputation to truly envy.

At the top of the pyramid is a heavy hitter within this space, armed with experience of successful government project deliveries. Next there is you, and other future 'heads' to drive this forward. Your GDS experience will allow you to come in and maximisetheir footing on existing projects.
However, this is not start-up.

Whilst you are starting something relatively new, you have the financial backing of a very successful compnay, who has hundreds of staff members with transferable skills to take on government work. More importantly, they have relationships at all levelswithin government department most notably DFE, NHS and Home Office.

You'll know how to products/services through GDS, know in-person and remote interviews, are an out the box thinker but more importantly are comfortable contributing to the introduction of correct processes and procedures for current and future colleaguesto use.

This role can be done remotely, which visits to your nearest office as and when required (Bristol, London, Leeds or Manchester)
