**Position Overview**
The role for the Office Administrator is a key part of the Team and responsible for ensuring business systems and processes are adhered to ensuring an efficient and organised office. The Office Administrator is responsible for processing, managing, and ensuring all administration duties are completed to the best of their ability.
- Complete any necessary administrative work, including preparing documentation, scanning, filing.
- To be able to perform fundamental tasks on a computer including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and be confident in learning new software.
- Book all travel and hotel requirements for the Directors and Sales Team.
- To be flexible with your duties to ensure the smooth running of the office and take ownership of your tasks to make sure they are completed in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Calm under pressure. Able to conduct a variety of tasks and work to strict deadlines.
- Someone diligent, proactive and trustworthy who will hit the ground running and is a fast learner.
- Have a passion for being organised and ensuring that everything is done to the highestpossible standard with the greatest amount of care.
- Confident, professional telephone manner with excellent time and self-management skills when multi-tasking.
- Keep all workspaces organised, tidy and safe at all times.
**Working Hours**
- Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 5.15pm
- Friday - 8.30am to 4.00pm
- 37.5 hours a week
