**Support Workers Required Ref No 37333**

We are looking for to build a team of committed, reliable and motivated individuals to provide support for a young man, aged 15 years, with learning and physical disabilities as a result of an accident as a young child.

He lives at home with his family but has his own annex and has use of a hydrotherapy pool.

He is wheelchair dependent and uses non-verbal methods to communicate to others.

He requires full assistance for personal care and to maintain his safety and wellbeing.

Previous experience working within care is essential, full training and support will be given.

The role will also include medication administration and keeping daily notes.

**Hours of work**: There are a selection of hours to fill so hours can be arranged at interview but will be between 7.30am - 8.30pm term -time, with more hours available in the school holidays.

**Rate of pay**

£14.00 per hour weekdays

£15.00 per hour weekend

Applicants must have a full driving licence and will be expected to drive the clients vehicle.

Due to the nature of the role an enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required.
