**Despatch Clerk (Talbot Green Warehouse)**

**37.5hrs p/w (Variable Shifts - 5/7 days - Sunday-Friday, regular ) *Regular Saturday rest day*.**

**£12.53 p/hr plus £1.45 p/hr night shift allowance when nights.**

We have an **exciting opportunity** for a **Administration Despatch Clerk** in our **Talbot Green warehouse**.

The **key purpose** of this role is to accurately and efficiently process customer orders

**Key Tasks/Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling and releasing of customer orders to planned routes
- Administration of customer orders, replenishment and despatch operations
- Liaison with operations management and other departments regarding general queries and provision of information
- Administration, collation and distribution of driver information
- Running and distribution of general reports
- Allocation of work areas to warehouse staff
- Replenishment of warehouse stationary consumables

**Some Key Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required**

**Essential**
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills are essential
- Competent with Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel

**Desirable**
- 5 x GCSE (A-C)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in using PUTTY (but training will be given)
- Ability to produce accurate work within agreed timescales
