**Overview**:
CGL Newham Rise are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to manage a Recovery Team (including volunteers) who form our Aftercare interventions team. This is a new and exciting part of the service so we are looking for someone innovative and driven to support the Deputy Services Manager in establishing pathways and the offer. You will be responsible for the line management of staff/ volunteers and will act as Duty Manager. You will be a key player in the ongoing improvement and development of our pathways, liaising with internal and external partners. As well as supporting staff you will be responsible for your team’s performance and will work with the senior management team to increase successful outcome for service users.
