**About the role**
Sytner Group is looking for a passionate and driven Preparation Manager to join our successful team at Mercedes-Benz of Cheltenham & Gloucester.
As a Sytner Preparation Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end preparation of our used vehicle stock, maximising both the speed and quality of preparation to ensure our vehicles adhere to both Sytner and Mercedes-Benz Approved Used Car Standards.
You will have full control over the preparation process, and will communicate regularly with our sales, aftersales, parts and bodyshop departments to ensure that our Dealership maintains the highest level of preparation for our customers, while always strivingto improve our preparation speed.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday.
**About you**
This role would suit someone with either sales or aftersales experience gained from within the motor industry, who has strong organisational skills and is an exceptional communicator. You will need to quickly develop a deep understanding of all areas ofthe department.
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate proven success in management or in a similar role, although this is not essential. You must be able to handle conflicting demands.
You will need exceptionally high standards, the ability to bring new and innovative ideas into the department and will continue to drive performance, whilst challenging the status quo.
