Impact-NI is a trusted accident management company helping individuals and businesses across Northern Ireland recover from road traffic collisions. We handle everything from vehicle claims and courtesy cars to repair management and client support. As part of our continued growth and community engagement, we’re seeking an outgoing, creative and driven Marketing Team Member to help us strengthen our brand presence and connect with more customers and partners across the region.

**Role Overview**

As a Marketing Team Member, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering campaigns, promoting our services and sponsorships, and keeping our brand front of mind across digital and community platforms. You’ll work closely with Management to plan, produce, and publish marketing content that builds trust and drives engagement, especially on social media.This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about marketing, cars, people, and community engagement - someone who’s as confident behind a camera as they are behind a campaign.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Social Media Content Creation & Scheduling

Develop and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, promoting services, success stories, sponsorships (e.g., Derry City FC, Belfast Giants), and local impact initiatives.
- Campaign & Project Support

Help roll out marketing campaigns - including new offers, seasonal messaging, and community partnerships - from idea to execution.
- Event & Sponsorship Marketing

Assist in promoting and attending sponsored events, charity appearances, and photoshoots. Help bring the brand to life through storytelling and social media presence.
- Content Writing & Messaging
- Brand Asset Creation

Use design platforms like Canva to create branded templates, promo graphics, signage visuals, and event flyers.
- Website & SEO Support

Assist with updating and maintaining our WordPress website, ensuring content is current, SEO-friendly, and well-presented.
- Community Engagement

Act as a friendly, confident face of Impact-NI at events or in community outreach - helping us grow through relationships, not just advertising.
- Performance Monitoring

Track social media engagement and report on campaign success. Help identify what’s working and where improvements can be made.

**Required Skills & Attributes**
- Outgoing personality - confident speaking with people and representing the brand in public settings.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal; able to write clearly and speak persuasively.
- Experience and strong interest in marketing, social media, or digital content.
- Comfortable using tools like Facebook Business Suite, Canva, WordPress, and Google Drive.
- Highly organised and capable of juggling multiple tasks or campaigns at once.
- Self-motivated, creative thinker who’s always looking for ways to improve engagement or share the brand story.
- A team player with a positive attitude, who’s willing to help out wherever needed.
- Interest in the automotive industry, accident management, or community outreach is a bonus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
