Sales Administrator

An opportunity has presented itself to add an additional member to our team.
The position is permanent/full time working 08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday (we don’t open weekends)
The applicant should expect to cover a broad range of tasks and responsibilities including the following
- Responding to inbound calls from our customers
- Processing orders through our website
- Providing quotes to our account customers
- Producing invoices to account customers (using SAGE accounts)
- Assisting with logistics (wrapping, packing and booking shipments)
- Managing stock input on to our system
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Data input onto our tooling database
- Assisting with repair quotes
- Assisting with listing input on our website
Whilst experience is a bonus, we understand that the role may present new challenges, but we are happy to offer support and training as you progress.
All we ask is that you are prepared to learn new skills and product knowledge that covers our range of products etc.
You should be happy to talk to a broad range of customers and assist in any enquiries (again, we will support you as you progress)
As mentioned before, this is a Monday-Friday role (we close for bank holidays and Christmas )
