**The Key Requirements**
- At least five years of experience in 3D digital modelling
- Chartership - or working towards this
- Competency in assessing reserves and resources, and preparing reports
- Working knowledge of Part 6 of The Quarries Regulations and compliance processes

**The Day-to-Day**
- Providing day-to-day advice to the Quarry Manager on mineral quality and reserve and resource estimates
- Close liaison with regional managers on life mineral quantities
- Assessing how much ‘life’ the quarry has
- Designing and budgeting for excavations
- Managing and developing the mineral portfolio
- Liaising with the planning teams
- Optimising existing quarry sites and building quarry development plans
