HR Advisor

HR Advisor - Shaftesbury - Salary up to £35,000

Our client based in Shaftesbury are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their busy team.

The main aspect of the role is to ensure the HR department provide an excellent service by giving first line advice, support, training/coaching on company policies and procedures to its stakeholders, and by aligning onsite learning, training and developmentactivities with business priorities. To coordinate and manage people development and onsite training activities to support business objectives.

Main responsibilities:

- Advising Line Managers on matters relating to Company Policy and Procedures. Ensure awareness & understanding of all relevant Company Procedures & Policies.
- Provide timely advice, guidance and counsel to managers and employees across the business to assist in resolving employee relations issues whilst ensuring that consistent standards are met.
- Ensure that all new appointments, leavers and changes to existing employee details have been processed on freedom and Training Database.
- Co-ordinate and administrate the company weekly and salaried induction process.
- Ensure all disciplinary and grievance issues are managed and concluded in a legally compliant, fair and constant manner.
- Produce monthly HR Reports on key KPI's, turnover, absence, internal progression, performance mgmt., employee relations.

Key Skills:

- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within ER cases
- CIPD level 5 is desirable but not essential.

The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
