As Shift Supervisor at The Sweet Lounge, you’ll be on the front line with the team making sure everything runs like clockwork You’ll make sure the team are ready for the shift and our guests are happy. In absence of the 2 owners, you'll be in charge of the team and the day to day running of the business. Any shifts working along side management will be sales assistant shifts.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS SHIFT SUPERVISOR YOU’LL**
- Lead the team during busy shifts
- Support and be a role model for your teams’ training and development
- Support the day to day running of the business
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

**WHAT DO I NEED?**
- To have a passion for hospitality
- Be a role model of great service
- Be confident in leading a team
- Be ready for anything that the shift throws at you
- Must always be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays and at weekends
- Must be flexible to cover holidays / sickness
- experience at supervisor level is a must.

**Salary**: Up to £9.75 per hour
