If so, then we want to hear from you as we are on the lookout for a **Site Administrator** to join us on a full-time, permanent basis for our site in **Banbury** for our client, The Entertainer. You’ll be an integral part of the on-site team reporting to the Site Manager. You’ll have great variation in daily tasks, including but not limited to raising PO’s, weekly costings, checking agency payroll, training records, hotel and travel booking. You’ll also provide support to the on-site HR and Finance team with the potential for development into one of these areas.
In short, we need an all-rounder, someone who will pitch in when needed and who doesn’t love children’s toys
You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, but we are flexible on start and end times, if you can give us some flexibility to, this is logistics after all
**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- To provide accurate and efficient administrative support for site as required
- Clear daily T&A staff exceptions, update records with absences and update HR and absence records, staff database, rotas and update and maintain training records for site
- Conduct weekly Agency payroll checks and raise any discrepancies with Agency contacts. To complete agency weekly breakdown reports and Site weekly costings sheet
- Responsible for site consumables, maintaining providing door access cards for site
- Raise Purchase Orders and ensure all costs relating to orders are captured/recorded correctly whilst maintaining Site PO log
- Support for visitors to site, admin/note-taking support for managers and general administration support to the HR/Finance department and site
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Past administration experience, ideally in a people focused role with some finance experience
- Excellent communicator, as you will be working with stakeholders at different levels
- Good IT knowledge and confident using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and other systems/databases
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability prioritise workload effectively
