**DIGITAL PRODUCT DESIGNER - FULL TIME, LONDON**

As a Digital Product Designer at END., you'll be a champion of intuitively designed pixel-perfect experiences across web, iOS, Android, and in-store. You will sit within the highly collaborative Product team where you'll lead the design strategy to ensure customer and business objectives are achieved. As well as owning the end-to-end design process, you will work with the Insights Team to support with consumer research.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support and evolve the overarching END. digital vision.
- Working closely Product Managers to create consumer journeys, visual mockups, prototypes, and dev-ready designs to meet user requirements.
- Conduct user research using our remote testing tool to utilise qualitative insights to validate design decisions.
- Support visual design direction across our products and design system.
- Develop and execute high-quality proposals from concept to production.
- Partner with the Engineering team to ensure the consumer facing design implementations are delivered to the highest standard and in-line with your vision.
- Support development of the Product roadmap to not only enhance the consumer experience but also achieve business goals.

**Skills and experience**
- Experience of collaboration alongside engineering teams within an eCommerce environment.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce design patterns (and when to break them).
- Familiarity with streetwear and/or luxury fashion.
- Proven experience in designing iteratively to achieve smaller objectives as well as larger projects when starting with a clean slate.
- A strong portfolio of design work.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and built support from stakeholders across the business.
- Strong experience collaborating with Engineering and Marketing teams.
- Experience in running remote user testing.
- Strong, positive attitude, with the ability to embrace uncertainty.
- Represent the Product team communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale within a user-centred design process.
- Experience in designing for third-party feature implementations.
- Excellent presentation skills - comfortable creating presentations which showcase your design rationale and department updates to key stakeholders. Great storytelling is an absolute must.
- Understanding when to utilise A/B testing to validate any design decisions.
- Iterative design based on requirements and user research.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, keeping up to date with all the latest feature releases.
