We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.

We are looking for an energetic individual who possesses a combination of strong analytic, problem solving and client facing skills, married to deep technical knowledge of advertising, retail media and commerce technology platforms. You will be someone whois a strong communicator and team player who demonstrates passion and curiosity in your approach. The role requires the ability to seamlessly support the Zenith Global team with ad tech enabled solutions and services.

This role sits within Zenith’s Global team (London based), who are responsible for leading digital strategy, operations, consultancy, and project management across key global blue-chip clients. This team sits at the forefront of technology and innovationdriving client/agency growth and transformation by simplifying complex digital tasks, connecting the dots between strategy and execution, and make technology more accessible and digital marketing more accessible to our clients and wider non-digital teams.The more detailed responsibilities are outlined below.
- Develop, implement and manage consistent taxonomy and naming convention within key platforms such as Media Tools, Campaign Framework, DMP and Activation platforms to guarantee the highest data quality
- First point of contact for client teams in case of emergency and escalation when related to data governance
- When required develop the strategic framework for connecting data across all data sources (i.e., Media Platforms, Production Platforms, CRM, CDP, 3rd Party Tools, etc.) to enable full-funnel reporting and optimization.

- Be a partner to our clients in assessing, implementing, and managing marketing & advertising technologies such as customer data platforms (CDPs), data management platforms (DMPs), data clean rooms (e.g., Google ADH), consent management platforms (CMPs),site personalization tools, ad servers, website analytics systems, etc.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Proven experience in ad tech and digital strategy
- Experience in implementing and managing naming conventions
- Experience working in either biddable media or DMP management
- Possesses a charismatic, engaging personality and can successfully interact with senior/executive
- Experience with delivering complex technical content to large groups, in a coherent, accessible and inspiring way.
- Has the ability to grow client relationships through new strategies and innovative ideas
- Strong understanding how regulations like CCPA and GDPR are impacting these marketing channels
- Understanding of the role identity plans in media and experience creating proposals and SOWs that showcase tenants of how identity drives media efficacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
