**Role Profile**
Cast UK have been instructed by one of our most established customers to recruit a Regional Account Manager for their field sales team in the Watford area. This is an essential hire for the business, with the retention and growth expected from both new businessand existing customers.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Retention of our existing customers to maximise sales revenue. Establish and develop relationships with customers at all levels.
- Develop existing customer gap opportunities into profitable new business
- Initiate and develop prospects into secure profitable new customers
- Manage business attrition
- Ensure any slow-moving stock lines are addressed
- Carry out regular packaging reviews with existing and potential customer
- Monthly reporting of sales activity and business results
**Skills & Experience**:
- Adapts to changes and uses resources effectively. Together with line manager, sets objectives, establishes priorities and develops plans
- Monitors and manages own time to ensure daily objectives are met. Develops and improves procedures in agreement with line manager
- Someone who thrives working individually and within a team
- Has strong commercial acumen
**Remuneration**
£35,000 - £45,000 + Car + Excellent Benefits
