**PE Global is currently recruiting a HR Business Partner for a 3-month rolling contract role with a healthcare client. The role will be hybrid. Offices are based in Essex, East Herts, and Cambridge.**

**Responsibilities**
- To actively participate in and contribute to meetings, developing a good personal understanding of business plans and ensuring the delivery of proactive HR support to implementation.
- To actively participate in cross-departmental HR or business meetings as required.
- To undertake own word processing and spreadsheet/database production.
- To maintain own diary and organise and prioritise own work.
- To understand and adhere to the Data Protection Act 1998, Freedom of Information Act, Information Governance Policy and Policy on Confidentiality.
- To adhere to the CIPD Professional Code of Conduct and the Code of Conduct for Managers.

**Requirements**:

- Degree and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Professional Qualification (Graduate Member) plus additional training
or
equivalent experience to masters degree level or equivalent - Essential
- Chartered Member of CIPD (MCIPD) - Desirable
- Masters degree in HR specialism or equivalent level of training or experience - Desirable
- Demonstrable experience of providing quality advice to managers on a wide range of complex workforce issues e.g. culture and change management, performance management, transfers of undertakings etc
- Demonstrable experience of proactively identifying workforce issues and implementing effective plans to address these
- Demonstrable experience of acting as a positive change agent, proactively working in partnership with leaders to develop the organisation and workforce.
- Experience of effectively leading and influencing others.
- Ability to use own initiative and judgement in dealing with complex problems.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and conflicting deadlines through effectively prioritising own workload.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of the business and ability to translate business needs into creative HR solutions.
- Strong, positive and effective leadership skills.
- Displays effective and adaptable interpersonal and influencing strategies including the ability to persuade others with personal conviction and facts.
- Ability to know how and when to show empathy.
- Ability to write credible reports.
- The ability to communicate complex HR issues effectively to a range of groups and individuals verbally and in writing.
- A comprehensive knowledge of current employment law, professional HR developments and best practice.
- Good understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion issues.
