**Operation**
- Working within the Inbound Logistics & Inventory Control Team based at the Hillthorn Business Park site.
- 39 hours per week working on a 2-shift rotation basis.
- There may be a requirement to support Turbine Business Park on a 3-shift pattern or dayshift.

**Responsibilities**

Your role as an Inbound Logistics & Inventory Administrator can be diverse, you are expected to work to strict deadlines as you will be working in a target driven environment. You will be required to use a warehouse control system to support with investigations internally and externally, stock allocation and collecting data to put into management reports. You will act as the day-to-day contact for NMUK Parts control, so you are required to always maintain a professional attitude.
- Collate information to provide to management and customers, e.g. KPI’s, utilisation and throughput figures.
- Manage and maintain the receiving schedule for inbound deliveries into the Warehouse.
- Assist with stock taking, annual inventory requests.
- Work with PI to ensure the accuracy of the warehouse is maintained.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse static data to ensure parts are allocated to the correct location.
- Support Parts Control /Logistics Controllers with investigating queries and requests.
- Raise concerns and damage reports where applicable.

**Skills and Qualifications required**
- Knowledge of working within a warehouse environment.
- Experience of working in a fast paced automotive/manufacturing sector.
- Experience using a Warehouse management system.
- Experience working as the first point of contact for customers.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- You must have a positive, ‘can-do’ approach to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Must be confident to be able to deal with internal / external customers and liaise with different departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
