Mbf are working with a fully independent and highly successful financial planning practice who are seeking to recruit an additional Independent Financial Adviser. The business provides holistic financial advice to HNW & UHNW clients across the UK, they onlywork with clients with upwards of £450K AUM. The company has grown considerably over the past 5 years and they have ambitious growth plans for the medium
- and long-term future.
They are now looking to recruit another IFA who will join the already successful advisory team. In this role you will be expected to convert high quality leads, develop business and take on some of the companies existing clients. The Managing Director islooking to give away around a third of their personal client bank to the incoming adviser, this will allow the MD time to focus on growing the company and developing further business. You will be passed around 30 clients with the average FUM of £750K+.
To be considered you should be a professional Financial Adviser who has proven expereince within a similar role. You must be Level 4 qualified and any additional exams towards Chartered would be an advantage.
You will be provided with first class Paraplanning, Administration & Compliance support which will allow you to focus on your clients.
The client is offering a basic salary to £100,000 + bonus (1x validation) and good company benefits.
