Launderette Assistant

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness of the launderette by regularly cleaning machines, folding tables, floors, and other areas as needed.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions; report any issues or required repairs to management promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary; assist with managing payment systems.
- Carry out customers ironing and laundry requirements.
- Assist in opening or closing duties based on shift schedule.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £9.35-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
