**_Job Summary_**

Midwich are embarking on an ambitious digital transformation program, which includes the global deployment of the Microsoft D365 ERP solution (Sales/Finance/SCM) as well as a new group wide e-commerce platform (Adobe Commerce).

Reporting to the Group Head of Enterprise Applications, Midwich require an experienced Data and BI Lead to take the technical lead and overall responsibility for the Data and BI team, the data lake, BI provision to the business and migration of legacy datainto the data lake.

To be successful you will have a demonstrable experience in the below:

- Expertise in one or more D365 Products - F&O, CRM or SCM.
- Expertise in the following platforms and services: PowerBi; Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2; Azure Synapse; Azure Blob Storage; and Azure SQL.
- A sound understanding of technical IT issues to enable discussions with internal and external technical specialists.
- Extensive experience of analysing user needs and requirements, mapping process and documenting the results to facilitate the support process.
- Supervisory, training and mentoring experience and recruitment experience desirable.
