**Job description**

**Qualis Resourcing are recruiting for proactive Support Workers to support adults with various needs to work in services across the Lancashire area.**

This role is ideal for Support Workers who are looking for a new opportunity, working up to full time hours on a flexible basis. Here at Qualis Resourcing you choose when you are available to work, whether that be earlies, lates, long days, nights, or weekends - we understand how important a work life balance is, so you are able to select your own days off

Rate of pay for all Support Workers is from £9.50 - £11 per hour, with an increase for bank holiday shifts.

Qualis Resourcing an expanding Social Care recruitment agency, temporary placements for those wanting to make a difference in care. As a Support Worker you could be working within a variety of difference services such as rehabilitation units, day centres, mental health hospitals and supported living accommodation. You will promote independence for individuals you will support.

We Require:

- Proof of right to work in the UK
- Due to our client’s needs, being Covid-19 vaccinated is preferred but not essential
