**KITCHEN SHOWROOM CONSULTANT - WIRRAL - FULL TIME - £24,000 TO £26,000 + COMMISSION & BENEFITS**

Kitchen Showroom Consultant required for the UK’s leading and award-winning kitchen makeover company. Experience within the KBB industry sales or showroom based will be a significant advantage.

Due to our continued growth and success, we are now recruiting for a full time Kitchen Showroom Consultant to work from our Wirral showroom

**THE ROLE**
- As Kitchen Showroom Consultant you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom and via telephone
- You will be showing customers the products and services on offer during showroom visits, helping them choose kitchen door styles and colours, worktops, appliances etc.
- Arranging and booking appointments for a member of the team to carry out a home/site visit to present the sales possibilities and take measurements etc.
- Maximising every opportunity by nurturing and developing every enquiry/lead into an appointment
- You will also be carrying out general admin duties as required
- Ensuring the showroom is always clean, tidy and welcoming
- This is a full-time role including Saturday working on a rota basis
- Working as part of a small team, helping in all departments as business dictates
- You will be based in the Heswall showroom (CH60)

**THE PERSON**
- The successful Showroom Consultant must have experience in a similar role with significant customer interaction both via the phone and face to face
- Previous KBB experience is preferred but a friendly disposition and ability to engage customers is essential
- Methodical with the ability to organise and prioritise
- Motivated and customer focused
- Natural communicator with an outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality
- Exemplary customer service and organisational skills
- Hands on and happy to help within all departments
- You must be IT proficient using Microsoft suite
- Able to work Saturdays on a rota basis
- Live within a commutable distance to the Heswall showroom
- You will be proactive and will look for ways to maximise all showroom activity to help grow the business

**THE PACKAGE**
- £24,000 - £26,000 basic salary
