**About the role**:
This role requires someone passionate about the Digital Customer Experience, specifically user experience, and interaction design. You’ll be working with Content Designers, Product Owners, UI Designers, and Engineers to ship great user-centered designs.
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading UX projects across multiple agile product teams.
- Designing with consideration to business requirements, personas, user journeys, accessibility, and usability findings.
- Designing wireframes and interactive prototypes and delivering marked up designs and wireframes directly to engineers
- Designing and executing quantitative and qualitative user research to test hypotheses.
- Advocating UX to the wider business.
- Supporting the maintenance of our design system.

**What we’re looking for**:

- You've led on the UX in a multidisciplinary, agile team environment before, making a great impact on the product.
- You appreciate robust research and design but also consider practical constraints and business goals.
- You’re a strong communicator and facilitator. You’re at your best as part of a team.
- You’re flexible in your approach and embrace a challenge. You’re happy diving into the detail and taking a step back to consider the bigger picture.
- You’re a self-starter with ambition and attention to detail.

**IT skills**:

- XD, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent
- Google Analytics, G Suite
- Adobe Suite
- Microsoft Suite
- Decibel
- Knowledge accessibility standards
