Creative Producer
£40,000-£45,000

The Role / Company:
Major Players are working with a B-corp certified, multichannel agency who create fantastic integrated content across their exciting big-brand clients They are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Producer who thrives off of leading and producing shoots,exciting creative content and manage the end-to-end production across social, video, digital, radio, OOH and TV campaigns, ensuring a seamless production process throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee production process and planning from briefing through to post-production across integrated channel campaigns
- Work closely with the Production Director and Account Management team in ensuring brief and client expectations are met
- Communicate clearly between internal and external personnel by delegating tasks and responsibilities from client services to creatives across editors, freelancers and photography
- Navigate through production logistics to meet timeline and budget requirements
- Confidently organise timelines and schedules
- Independently manage pre-production meetings
- Manage and clearly identify resource required to meet project standards, ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered
- Ensure project budgets are quoted efficiently, consistently tracked, flagging any issues and reconciliation when needed

Key Requirements
- 4+ years' production experience in an creative agency
- Experience having worked on high quality projects
- Forward thinking, enthusiastic and self-sufficient
- Confident production knowledge across industry standards
- Experience working on shoots for stills and video
- Highly organised and comfortable multitasker
- Strong financial understanding across budget handling

Salary & Benefits:
