Customer Service Advisor

Home based Customer Service Advisor, shift work falling between 8am - 8pm, 7hr-8hr shifts, full time, Monday - Sunday - guaranteed 2 full weekends off per month Permanent opportunities available after successful temporary period, usually around 12 weeks.
£11 per hour, paid weekly
Start date: 9/01/23
Full training will be given, equipment will be provided and internal progression opportunities will be available.
Your key focus is to place the customer at the heart of everything you do, you'll be an integral part of delivering a service to be proud of by offering existing customers an upgrade to SMART metering.
What will you be doing?
- Taking inbound and outbound calls relating to boiler maintenance and repairs as well as emergencies
- Trouble shooting
- Taking ownership of customers problems and ensuring they are listened to and provided with the support required, taking particular care with vulnerable customers
- Complaint handling
- Problem solving and booking engineers out to customers properties
- Updating a number of in-house systems
- IT savvy with the ability to pick new systems up quickly and confidently working across multiple platforms at the same time
- Committed to their work with an excellent attendance record
- Experienced in providing excellent customer service
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Patient and come with a positive attitude when faced with problems
All equipment will be provided, you just need a quiet space to work, wifi and the ability to work autonomously.
