Adult Learning Support Assistant

**We require Learning support assistants to provide in-class support for individuals and small groups of adult learners.**
**You will provide support to learning with additional needs such as dyslexia who need some extra support.**
- A Minimum of a Level 2 qualification within support and learning
- Some SEND experience (if possible)
- Strong A-Level and GCSE grades
- Proactive personality with bundles of enthusiasm
- A calm, caring, nurturing personality and the ability to build a positive rapport with learner and colleagues
