Wanstor are recruiting a Technical Recruiter, in this role you will conduct a pro-active and consultative resourcing role that manages the end-to-end recruitment and selection activities for all Technology roles.
You will be a highly experienced talent acquisition specialist with a proven track record in leading and delivering technical talent acquisition assignments and projects. Experienced in the recruitment and selection of technical skills sets and senior appointmentsup to Heads of level.
You will have experience of developing and delivering creative sourcing strategies across a range of channels, including social media and job boards, to attract diverse talent and support the colleague value proposition
It is essential to be highly credible with the ability to positively engage and influence stakeholders.
A strong background building technical skills based talent pools and pipeline for future roles is key to the success of the role.
Person Specification

**Duties include**

Partnering with key stakeholders within the business to look at strategy and delivery of requirements

Coordination of the end to end recruitment process

**Experience required**

Must have IT & technical recruitment experience

Good stakeholder management

Preferably coming from an internal recruitment background but not essential

Experience head-hunting and recruitment experience

IT Recruitment experience from working in either agency or inhouse recruitment is essential for this role.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships

A strong communicator

Experience using a range of sourcing channels

Able to effectively manage high volume recruitment

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

Be engaging and know how to influence individuals at various levels of the organisation
