About Us:
Bayse Reformer Pilates is a brand-new, state-of-the-art Pilates studio equipped with the latest Reformer machines and facilities. Our mission is to provide a space where clients can transform their bodies and minds, focusing on strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. We aim to create a supportive, inclusive community for all fitness levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach group Reformer Pilates classes to a diverse clientele, ranging from beginners to advanced levels
- Provide tailored instruction, ensuring correct technique and form
- Offer modifications and progressions based on individual needs
- Encourage a positive, motivating, and inclusive class environment
- Assist in developing class schedules and special programs
- Support studio growth by building relationships with clients and promoting membership packages
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio and equipment

**Requirements**:

- Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor with relevant qualifications
- Passionate about Pilates, health, and fitness
- Experience teaching group Reformer Pilates classes preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and committed to creating a positive client experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- First aid certification is a plus
