**About the role**

We have two exciting opportunities for Technical Support Advisors to join our team to aid with the important compliance work we undertake on behalf of the business.

You will provide support with our compliance monitoring, environmental reporting and permitting work associated with the increased focus on flow and quality compliance on our sewage treatment works, combined sewer overflows and pumping stations. You will assist with the delivery of technical projects undertaken to improve both the performance of these assets and their increased monitoring.

**About you**

We’re looking for you to have excellent data handing skills comprehensive knowledge of scientific principles, in particular wastewater treatment processes along with a high level of problem solving and investigative skills. The ability to assess technical information, interpret large datasets and draw accurate conclusions is important.

You’ll have an understanding of the regulatory drivers within the water industry, and the impact these have on the operation and management of our assets and be educated to degree level or equivalent in a scientific discipline.

You’ll be educated to degree level and be accomplished in data management. Intermediate level Excel is essential as well as holding a full valid driving licence as regular travel to different sites is expected within the role.
