**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's condition or behaviour.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and other activities as needed.
- Assist with medication reminders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £12.00 per hour
