**Position**

We are seeking 2 x E-commerce Customer Service Assistants to join our kind, welcoming and intelligent Customer Service team within our Bromborough office on a permanent basis.

**The Role**
- As a member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be a super friendly, solution-orientated people person with a willingness to learn. Although Customer Service experience is desired, we'd love to teach you the skills you'll need to really shine in this role.
There are plenty of opportunities to develop and progress within this growing and fast-paced fashion brand.
**Hours**

This is a part time role working 24 hours per week.

This will include:
3 x weekday evenings (2 x 6pm-12am | 1 x 6pm-10pm) and either Saturday or Sunday (7am-5:30pm/11am-9:30pm) on a rota basis.

There are regular opportunities for overtime, paid at time and a third.

**Experience/Skills**
- You are expected to have excellent spelling and written English and good use of grammar.
- Customer Service experience is desired - although on the job support and training is given.
You should be organised and able to deal with multiple incoming queries concurrently.
