As a support worker, you will treat everyone equally and with the dignity and respect they deserve. You’ll play a vital part in providing support that improves people’s ability to manage daily tasks and enables them to experience independent living and decision-making. We are currently recruiting for full or part-time Support Workers to join our existing teams within the *Llanelli *region.

*Your rewards*
- Full and part time posts, with a full-time basic salary starting at £21,066.00
- Flexible zero-hour contracts are available to accommodate personal circumstances.
- Opportunity to maximise your earnings - Earn approximately an additional £3,000 per annum by completing 1 weekly sleep in, £6,000 for 2 sleeps in shifts a week.
- Availability of overtime - e.g., 1 shift a week = an additional £4,000 per year.
- Double-time payment when working on a Bank Holiday, triple time during Christmas Day.
- *Joining bonus of £250* along with further *£250 bonus payment* paid on completion of a successful probation period.
