Modis are currently working in partnership with a cutting edge consultancy to recruit a number of Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts to join their growing team.
**Please note this role is fully homebased but with flexibility around travel required for client visits.**
**The Role**
As a Business Analyst you will working at the forefront of technology within a high performing client focused environment. The role will be instrumental in the continued success of this team and your performance will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery ofprofessional services to multiple clients.
**The Responsibilities**
- Stakeholder relationship management.
- Direct the strategic approach for stakeholder relationships, establishing and promoting the meeting of stakeholder objectives.
- Influence important stakeholders and provide an arbitration function.
- Workshop facilitation and management.
- Business process improvement. Analyse current services and processes, identify and implement opportunities to optimise these.
- Evaluate and establish requirements using relevant techniques such as gap analysis and BPMN.
- Delivery of business improvement using LEAN methodologies..
- Develop business level requirements using methods such as EPICS, Use Cases, User Stories, Wireframes, Requirements Traceability Matrices, Functional and Non-functional Requirements.
- Facilitate the setting of business priorities for change initiatives of high complexity.
- Lead on requirements analysis and take responsibility for the investigation and implementation of changes to project scope.
- Partner in the production, review and maintenance of key documents such as Benefits Cases and Business Change Plans.
- Work within Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery approaches. Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use.
- Define test condition requirements
- Problem management.
**The Requirements**
As an experienced Business Analyst you will ideally have experience of the majority of the responsibilities above and a proven track record of working with in either a consultancy capacity or multiple project/stakeholder environment.
- Qualifications in ITIL and BCS Diploma desirable.
