We are looking to recruit a dedicated Support Worker to join our team and help provide support within our respite service in South Shields.

**The Role**

At Bisley Drive we support guests within a 7 bedroom respite short break service for adults with learning disabilities.

We are looking for individuals who are experienced in delivering support.

Support provided:

- Tending to all aspects of daily living including personal care
- Domestic Household Support
- Support with budget and finances
- Social Support
- Family Support
- Medication Support
- Liaison with Health Professionals and Social Care Professionals
- In house/ out house activities
- Staff ratio varies on needs of the guests in at any given time.

Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role
