**About the Job**:We're hiring for a Field Sales Representative at Spark Energy Consultants Ltd.

The successful applicant will:

- **Be prepared to travel into Rural Wales each day**:

- Have at least **one year's experience** in Direct sales
- Be **Determined and** **Competent**, ready to generate 3-5 new customers every week.
- Be **motivated** to work independently and travel throughout their designated area in Wales.
- Have a high level of organisation and a proficient ability to complete **daily computer admin tasks.**

**About the Company**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Using our mobile app to find homes that are eligible the ECO4 Scheme.
- Make cold calls to homes each day.
- Keep on top of your own KPI's in the sales app to hit your targets each week.
- Build relationships with property portfolio owners to further strengthen your pipeline.

**Pay**:
We offer a base salary combined with a highly competitive commission structure tailored for those ready to put in the work. Given our minimum sales target of two per week, all of our sales associates are on target for **£120,000** this year. Recognising the nature of this role, expect to spend the initial 2-3 months building your pipeline. By month three, if you're on target, anticipate earnings in the range of **£10k-£15k** per month before tax.
