Communities Apprentice

Are you passionate about making a difference in your local area? We’re looking for a **Communities Apprentice** to join our friendly **Communities Team**, supporting projects that help build **strong, inclusive, and resilient communities** across Rossendale.

This hands-on role offers the chance to gain real experience in **community engagement, project delivery, and partnership working** while completing a **Level 4 Corporate Social Responsibility (Community Engagement) apprenticeship**. You’ll help plan and deliver community activities, support local groups, promote events, and learn how to engage effectively with residents and partners.

It’s an excellent opportunity to **start your career in local government**, develop valuable skills, and make a real impact on the wellbeing of local people.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support community projects and partnerships.
- Help organise events and engagement activities.
- Promote community initiatives online and in person.
- Build relationships with local groups and partners.
- Gain professional training and experience along the way
